Cancellation Policy

We strive to process refunds promptly and fairly. Please read our refund policy below:

  • • Plan Change: A 10% charge of the total package booking will apply for any changes to the travel plan.
  • • Cancellation after Confirmation: A 30% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply after confirmation and issuance of the hotel voucher.
  • • Cancellation 10 Days Before Travel: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply if cancelled within 10 days of the travel date.
  • • Cancellation 7 Days Before Travel: A 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply if cancelled within 7 days of the travel date.
  • • Travel Flexibility: There is no flexibility at the time of travel regarding the plan.
  • • Train and Flight Tickets: Cancellation of train and flight tickets will follow Indian railway and airline rules. Refunds or adjustments can be provided only after we receive the refund from the train or airline company.
  • • Exceptions: No cancellation or refund will be provided in cases of bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, terrorism, or other events beyond our control. We will assist to the best of our ability in such situations.
  • • Hotel and Company Policies: Cancellation and other policies are subject to the rules of the respective hotels and companies.
  • • Cancellation Procedure: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
  • • Amendments: Any amendments to the original booking must also be communicated in writing via email.
  • • Pandemic or Virus Outbreak: There will be no refunds due to any pandemic or virus outbreak. In such situations, we can amend your travel date for a future booking.
  • • Loss of Belongings: https://shivayaholiday.com/ is not responsible for any lost items such as bags, wallets, jewelry, or other valuables during your trip.
