• • Availability Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. Check-in and checkout times are as per the hotel's policy.
• • Room Reservation: Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. This quotation serves as an offer and not a confirmed booking. Meal timings must be adhered to as instructed by the hotels. We are not liable for any unutilized meals.
• • Identity Proof: Please carry a valid identity proof with a photograph, as it is required at airports and during hotel check-ins.
• • Early Check-in and Late Checkout: Payments for early check-in and late checkout are to be settled directly with the hotel.
• • Alternative Arrangements:If the original hotels are unavailable, we will provide equivalent or alternative accommodations.
• • Additional Charges: : https://shivayaholiday.com/ does not have hidden charges, except for lunch and personal expenses. If anyone demands extra payment during the journey without our consent, please inform us.
• • Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation, sightseeing tours, or other services due to bad weather, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or natural calamities beyond our control.
• • Booking Verification: Before confirming your booking, please personally check the hotel websites, reviews, and services on the internet. We have provided the hotel names by destination. If the provided hotels are unsuitable, please request upgraded options.
• • Customer Support: If you encounter any issues with your hotels or transportation during your travel, please contact your tour executive immediately for resolution. We cannot address complaints after you return home, and no compensation will be provided for accommodation, meals, or transport costs.
• • Meals Policy: All buffet meals and room service are provided as per hotel policies. Unused items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No discounts will be applied after package confirmation.
• • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
• • Acceptance of Terms: Please carefully read all the above terms and conditions and remarks before making your booking. By making a booking, you agree to accept these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy:

• • Plan Change: A 10% charge of the total package booking will apply for any changes to the travel plan.
• • Cancellation after Confirmation: A 30% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply after confirmation and issuance of the hotel voucher.
• • Cancellation 10 Days Before Travel: A 50% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply if cancelled within 10 days of the travel date.
• • Cancellation 7 Days Before Travel: A 100% cancellation fee of the total package cost will apply if cancelled within 7 days of the travel date.
• • Travel Flexibility: There is no flexibility at the time of travel regarding the plan.
• • Train and Flight Tickets: Cancellation of train and flight tickets will follow Indian railway and airline rules. Refunds or adjustments can be provided only after we receive the refund from the train or airline company.
• • Exceptions: No cancellation or refund will be provided in cases of bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, terrorism, or other events beyond our control. We will assist to the best of our ability in such situations.
• • Hotel and Company Policies: Cancellation and other policies are subject to the rules of the respective hotels and companies.
• • Cancellation Procedure: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
• • Amendments: Any amendments to the original booking must also be communicated in writing via email.
• • Pandemic or Virus Outbreak: There will be no refunds due to any pandemic or virus outbreak. In such situations, we can amend your travel date for a future booking.
